Jorene
Greenville, SC

From the very first phone call, the Agape team walked with us through an unexpected entrance into end-of-life care. Their compassion, detail-oriented care, and comprehensive approach was welcomed as we worked to ensure our grandmother’s wishes were honored. We could not have navigated this process without you, and we returned to the arms of your loving care, a brief two years later when we had to make those same decisions for her husband. Please know you are forever a part of her story.

When the time came for our beloved grandfather with end-stage dementia to enter hospice care, the choice was easy for us, as the Agape care team had so beautifully cared for his wife, our grandmother, two years earlier. We had complete confidence in their ability to bring peace, coordination, and dignity to his final months. Theresa, his primary nurse, brought him such joy during her visits and was a blessing to our family. We are forever grateful and will remember you always.

Scott
Hanahan, SC

Scott and I were married for 29 years. He is remembered for his inner strength, courage, patriotism and creativity. For five months he was lovingly and competently cared for by all of the nurses and staff of Agape on Meyers Rd. in Summerville, SC. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Connie
North Myrtle Beach, SC

Aunt Connie was blessed with a wonderful life and her prayer was to make it to 90. She was admitted to hospice the day after her 90th birthday. The last 7 weeks of her life we were blessed by her Agape Care team at Portside@Grande Dunes. Aunt Connie loved to talk and everyone on the team listened, laughed with her, comforted her and prayed with her. Her “mantra” was “God is Love” and every day she was surrounded by the AGAPE LOVE of her hospice team. God bless you!

Jane
Liberty, SC

After traveling across the coasts of FL each week to help my parents, my husband and I retired and we all moved to SC. Agape was recommended when my Mom’s Dr saw that I was exhausted and needed help. I am forever grateful to Tanner, Angel, Jessica and Kitty. The compassion they showed to my Mom and I will never be forgotten. They made it possible for my Mom to pass at home, with dignity, surrounded by the family she loved so much. The hospice team at Agape is second to none. Thank you 💜!

Sandy
Myrtle Beach, SC

Sandy was one of a kind. She loved her friends and family. She could always be found reading a book, cleaning or spending time with her sons. Sandy spent years as a title clerk in NY and loved her 30-plus years of doing that. She lived her life caring for others and always putting others’ needs in front of her own. She truly was an amazing friend, co-woker and more importantly an amazing mother!
