ACG Hospice is proud to provide hospice care to patients across four states: Alabama, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Virginia. Using innovative technology, high-quality care practices, and a patient-centered approach, ACG Hospice provides support for patients and families navigating the end-of-life journey. Like all of the members of the Agape Care family, ACG Hospice is focused on providing clinical excellence and compassionate support.
Agape Care South Carolina is proud to provide care in all 46 counties in the state. Through our 14 office branches and three hospice houses, we’re able to help each patient navigate the health care journey with love and compassion.
In addition to adult hospice and palliative care, Agape Care South Carolina is the only statewide palliative and hospice provider with a dedicated pediatric team. Through Hands of Hope, we’re able to offer palliative and concurrent care for any child managing a life-limiting illness.
A We Honor Veterans partner, Agape Care South Carolina is also proud to care for our nation’s veterans by offering veteran-focused care. Our extensive bereavement support services add an additional layer of care for patients and their families.
In November 2020, our Augusta, Georgia, location opened its doors, bringing our renowned hospice care to the community. Today, we serve the entire state, providing compassionate hospice and palliative care in all 159 counties.

Hospice of the Carolina Foothills is our North Carolina care network. With two branch locations and a hospice house, our North Carolina team provides care anywhere the patient calls home as well as offering an inpatient option. Hospice of the Carolina Foothills prioritizes serving their community and providing a superior patient-family experience.
Journey Hospice serves patients in Louisiana, offering care in 12 parishes. After joining the Agape Care family in 2022, Journey Hospice gave us the opportunity to bring the high-quality, patient-centered care we’re known for further west. Their team, like the rest of the Agape Care family, utilizes innovative technology to ensure each patient receives the support they need during the end-of-life journey.
