The care my father received at your facility was phenomenal. The love and compassion they showed all of our family was so very comforting. We struggled with taking him home but we realized he was exactly where he needed to be. We will always be indebted to you all for making the transition for him to be with Jesus the best we could have hoped for.

Grady
Forest City, NC

Grady passed away on 10-13-23. He received Hospice of the Carolina Foothills care for the last 12 months of his life. His caregivers were very qualified and compassionate. And because they provided such good care, he was able to remain at home the entire time of his illness. This was very important to him and his family and friends.

In fact, as time passed, his caregivers felt like part of our family and we thank each and every one who helped make his last year easier.

I’d been researching hospice care while my mom was in another facility. I kept coming across Agape but I was assuming they only did in-home hospice care. My mom fell extremely ill and the doctor in that facility suggested she be sent to the hospital. While in the hospital I was informed that my mom had 24-72 hours to live and she could receive hospice care in the hospital. Guess who came to administer her hospice care?! Agape! God heard my cries and sent the best. Thank You Nurse Tk and Marc!

Vincent
Irmo, SC

Dad was blessed to have an amazing home care team. His primary nurse and aide were incredible young ladies who exhibited compassion, faith and excellence. They honored Dad’s requests and served him with respect and dignity. More importantly, they became an extension of our family, supporting all five kids in Dad’s journey. Dad’s final hours at the Agape House were peaceful. We only wish we remembered the names of the angels who provided comfort and care. May the Lord continue to bless Agape.

Inman, SC

The Agape team were very compassionate toward my Dad. It was always comforting to know that kindness and love were given to him in his final years. Thank you all for what you do every day, especially to Sharon who always made sure my Dad had everything he needed.

- Andrew, Son

Bonnie
Ninety Six, SC

When Bonnie received the diagnosis of untreatable cervical cancer, she turned, naturally, to Agape Care Group, for whom she worked as a hospice nurse for 4 years. She believed she was doing God’s work in her time as a hospice nurse, providing faith-inspired care to those in great need. She saw her time with Agape Care as the pinnacle of her 27-year nursing career. The opportunity to provide support to families faced with having to say a final goodbye to their loved one was a gift from God.
