Our care teams are recognized for the SHP Best Hospice Caregiver Experience. Birmingham AL, Gardendale AL, Rainbow City AL, Sylacauga AL, Tuscaloosa AL, Albany GA, Bainbridge GA, Dublin GA, Hinesville GA, Jesup GA, Milledgeville GA, Valdosta GA, and Vidalia GA were awarded “Superior Performer” and ranked in the top 20%, and Houma LA was awarded “Premier Performer” and ranked in the top 5% for caregiver and family experience scores.
The Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) award recognizes hospice providers that consistently provide high-quality service to families and caregivers. We are proud of the compassionate care our teams provide in our mission to serve with love. 2025 award recipients (awarded in late August 2026) were determined by reviewing and ranking the overall CAHPS Hospice caregiver experience score.
