Agape Care South Carolina is proud to serve all 46 counties in the state. With 14 office branches, four hospice houses, and ~900 team members, we’re able to care for more than 1,500 patients, helping each one navigate the health care journey with love and compassion.
In addition to adult hospice and palliative care, Agape Care South Carolina is the only statewide palliative and hospice provider with a dedicated pediatric team. Through Hands of Hope, we’re able to offer palliative and concurrent care for any child managing a life-limiting illness.
Agape Care South Carolina is also proud to care for our nation’s veterans by offering veteran-focused care. Our extensive bereavement support services add an additional layer of care for patients and their families.
In November 2020, our Augusta, Georgia, location opened its doors, bringing our renowned adult hospice care to the city and surrounding area.
Although it’s the first location to bear the Agape Care Georgia name, it’s not the first time we’ve provided care to the region. Our legacy organizations previously served out of a Richmond Hills branch, and Agape Care Group is thrilled to reestablish our presence in a region we’re deeply familiar with.
