Why did Agape Care Group decide to acquire Integrity Hospice?

Agape Care Group continues to grow its presence across the Southeast region with its recent acquisition of Serenity Hospice Care in June and now Integrity Hospice in Georgia.

The acquisition of both companies expands our combined presence to 72 counties in Georgia, covering 45% of the state. Across Georgia and South Carolina, Agape Care Group now has over 1,060 employees caring for more than 2,100 patients across the Southeast region.

 

How will this combined organization benefit patients and the community?

We decided to take this step forward to enhance our ability to respond to our patients’ needs, capitalizing on the talent and connections of each organization. This endeavor allows our combined teams to reach more patients across the state to provide high-quality hospice and palliative care.

In the near term, the entities will continue to operate as Integrity Hospice, Serenity Hospice Care, and Agape Care Group.

 

Will there be any changes or disruptions to patient care?

There will not be any disruptions to patient care. Patients will continue to receive excellent care from our team, and we plan to enhance our care options as well.
